Mike Kauffman leads Supply Chain operations for GE Aerospace which encompasses a vast network of more than 5,900 suppliers and 60+ manufacturing locations.
Mike is responsible for Material, Sourcing and Industrial Strategy for GE Aerospace with a focus to improve capacity, planning and execution throughout the entire supply base.
During his 31 years at GE Aerospace, Mike has held multiple roles in manufacturing operations, engineering, supply chain, and product management, with a long history of execution and transformational leadership.
He is an experienced board member for multiple startups and a certified master lean leader and six sigma master black belt.
Mike is a graduate of Ohio State University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering.
