Bill Gonet has over forty plus years of diverse aviation experience. He has worked in numerous roles in aviation from design, manufacturing, MRO services to airport management, licensed pilot and aircraft owner. Bill currently is the Vice President of Sales, Marketing and RSP Programs at Barnes Aerospace. Barnes Aerospace OEM is a manufacturer of complex turbine and airframe parts and assemblies. Barnes Aerospace Aftermarket provides turbine engine component repairs and spares. Barnes Aerospace is part of Barnes Inc. (NYSE: B). Prior to joining Barnes, he held several management positions at Raytheon Technologies, Collins Aerospace formerly Hamilton Standard Division (NYSE: RTX).

Bill serves on the Board of Directors of the New England Air Museum located in Windsor Locks, CT where he chairs the Strategy Committee. He also is the Chairman of the Airport Commission for Westfield-Barnes Regional Airport (BAF) in Westfield, MA. BAF is the fifth largest airport in Massachusetts and home to the 104th alert fighter squadron soon to be flying the F35, the 226th and 126th Army National Guard helicopter regiments, and Gulfstream’s northeast service center.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Business, both from Western New England University in Springfield, Massachusetts.
