Jeff Williams is Managing Partner at Atomic Object, a software consultancy that creates custom digital products for clients across a wide range of industries. With over 40 years of experience in software and product development, Jeff has led high-performing teams in corporate IT, Silicon Valley startups, and professional services firms. He has helped Fortune 500 companies and mission-driven organizations embrace emerging technologies and build innovative, user-centered solutions.
Before joining Atomic, Jeff held executive roles at Priority Health, where he led innovation initiatives and helped launch the company’s first customer-facing digital platforms. He also served as Head of Product at a healthcare startup in California, gaining first hand insight into the fast-paced world of venture-backed innovation.
Jeff holds degrees in Physics and Mathematics and brings a lifelong curiosity and a coach’s mindset to every team he leads. A former college swimmer and swim coach, he is passionate about the power of collaboration, continuous learning, and human-centered design to drive meaningful outcomes.
