Responsible for leading a sizable P&L as Senior Vice President and General Manager (SVP/GM) for the Fluid and Electrical Distribution (FED) Division of Eaton Aerospace, which includes a variety of product lines and offerings across multiple global sites that span North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. Provide multiple Aerospace OEMs with key flightworthy components on both military and commercial aircraft. Responsible for customer interface, global strategy, market development, major sales, quality, on time delivery, affordability and profitability. Responsible for growth that includes new product and program development, manufacturing operational improvements, and operational and financial goals. Lead strategic partnerships both internally and externally to the organization to foster opportunities for both organic and inorganic growth. Retired US Army aviator, and served in operations research, requirements, resourcing, acquisition, and program management positions during Army career.
